1. Introduction
Sharp Shuttle is a private airport transfer service operating across Northern Rivers and South East Queensland. We specialise in bespoke, pre-booked transport with a strong focus on reliability, comfort, and punctuality. This Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding deposits, cancellations, and refunds for all bookings.
2. Deposits and Payment
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your transfer. The remaining balance is due prior to or at the time of travel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before pickup may be eligible for a partial refund at the discretion of Sharp Shuttle.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are not eligible for a refund; the deposit will be forfeited.
4. Service Changes or Delays
Sharp Shuttle will make every reasonable effort to operate all services on time. In the rare event of unavoidable delays or cancellations initiated by Sharp Shuttle, customers will be offered the choice of a full refund or rescheduled transfer at no additional cost.
5. Force Majeure
Sharp Shuttle is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, road closures, accidents, or government restrictions. In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
